Shipping and Returns


All over Greece shipping costs 4.00 euros (Including 24% VAT)

For shipments over 50 euros shipping is FREE.


Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment via EYSYMAIL COURIER , followed by signature receipt.

Fees include handling packaging fees and shipping costs. Transmission fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment.

Special care has been taken to send fragile items to protect fragile items.

In the countries within the European Union the shipping cost is EUR 11.00 (Together with 24% VAT) maximum shipping time 7-8 working days and the dispatch is via the Hellenic Post in accordance with the recommended procedure.

In other countries the shipping cost is 20.00 euros (Toll-inclusive 24% VAT) maximum shipping time 15 working days and the dispatch is via the Hellenic Post in accordance with the registered procedure. Outside some countries, e.g. Latin America, South Africa Asian island countries where the cost should be calculated by the Greek Post Office and included in the cost of the order.
Any charges of local customs authorities, taxes and other charges which are subject to the law of the receiving State are entirely borne by the addressee.

Product returns


You can return a product that you purchased from the Vittas Jewels online store for the following cases:

The product is different from what you ordered (error from our online store). In this case, shipping costs will be charged only to Vittas Jewels. We will ensure that you are immediately covered with the right item (s) and, in the event of non-disposal, you will be refunded the amount paid (provided you have paid the product before). The merchandise will be returned as you received it during our shipment. You will need to contact us within 48 hours at the latest to receive the courier with us and the amount will be credited after receiving the returned item.
You have not unpacked the item but have regretted your final choice. In the case of return of a non-problematic item due to a change in your choice, the shipping costs will be borne solely by the customer. Please inform us not later than 14 days after receipt to return in accordance with refund terms

Together with the product we need the proof or purchase invoice from our company.
Observe the retention times per case.
