Shipping Within Greece

• Shipping cost: €5.00 (VAT included)

• Free shipping for orders over €50

• Dispatch time: within 2 business days after payment confirmation

Orders are shipped via cooperating courier companies (indicatively: TAXYDEMA, FAST PARCEL) with tracking number and delivery signature.

International Shipping

Within the European Union

• Shipping cost: €11.00 (VAT included)

• Estimated delivery time: 7–8 business days

Rest of the World

• Shipping cost: €20.00 (VAT included)

• Estimated delivery time: up to 15 business days

For shipments to Latin America, Asia or remote regions, final shipping cost may be determined upon request.

International shipments are carried out via Hellenic Post (ELTA) or cooperating international carriers.

⚠ Any customs duties, local taxes or import charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

RETURN POLICY

Defective Products

In case of a defective product, the customer must notify the company within 48 hours from receipt.

If the defect is confirmed and attributed to Vittas Jewels, return and replacement costs will be covered by the company.

Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Conditions:

• The product must not have been used or damaged

• The product must be returned in its original condition

• The original packaging and proof of purchase must be included

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Personalized jewelry

• Custom-made or specially ordered products

• Items modified at the customer’s request
